Technology Description:

The waste processing line enables the clean separation of metals from mixed plastics in incoming electrical and electronic waste. The incoming waste materials are first sorted by machine operators, after which a single-shaft shredder reduces the material to a particle size of 15 mm.

The 15 mm shredded material then passes through two automatic magnetic separators (one positioned above the conveyor belt and one integrated into the conveyor drum), which remove ferrous metals.

The resulting iron-free material is further reduced to a particle size of 4 mm using a blade granulator and is then transported to another mill through a pneumatic conveying system.

The compact machine, equipped with a second mill, further reduces the particle size of the mixed shredded material. The plastic and metal particles are then separated on a separation table.

The primary objective is to ensure that the plastic (light fraction) is completely free of any metal content. All metals present in the waste material (Cu, Al, Pt, Pd, Bz, Zn) are recovered in the heavy fraction of the processing line.

The system is equipped with an integrated dust extraction unit, which collects the dust generated during processing in plastic collection bags.

The equipment is manufactured in accordance with the latest technological standards and has no harmful effects on the environment or working conditions.

As a final product, our processing system produces copper granules with a minimum purity of 98%, even from conventional mixed cables containing connectors.
